Meta Tag Question

Ive seen these tags a lot lately. Do you think they would be worth adding? Do any of you use them? Any comments?

I use differnet tags that seem to be working fine but as wondering if you use ALL or just the basics.

Is important to use all that meta tags, is the information that the search engine "see" so it will be very helpful for your site to use the Meta Tags.
