Seeking Help Low Cost High Conversion

Hello you very wonderful and intelligent people that make up this forum, i truly hope you are doing well and that you are positive today.

I was kindly wondering please what is the best strategy you have found for getting targeted traffic to your website with a Google PPC Campaign, with the lowest cost possible please? I know there is lots of different strategies, for instance i know large websites target high traffic keywords, when focused on building brand recognition but they however have much larger marketing budgets.

I am please as a small business wanting to find the best way possible to keep marketing costs as low as possible, but still keep traffic quality and conversions high please? If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me.
