Looking for advice on scaling US adult dating affiliate off

Hey everyone,
I’ve been testing US TrafficJunky traffic with adult dating affiliate offers for a couple weeks now. I’ve only made $19 so far, though I did about $60 on one lucky $50 conversion a few years ago, so I know it’s possible. Spent about 1k testing
Here’s what I’ve done this time:
Conversions: Only seeing results on mobile banner placements from porn hub middle banner and porn hub instertial.
Funnels: 3 female-focused landing pages
Creatives: ~15 custom variations
Tracking: Postbacks are in place as far as I know, though I had some minor issues at first with a broken link
Testing: Mostly in the US; about 2–3 weeks of data, one week tracking was perfect
Traffic plan: About to get AdPlexity for better spy data
Side hustle: I’m a chef, so work ethic isn’t an issue, and I’m planning to do delivery gigs and Lyft to fund more ad spend
Looking for advice on:
Should I increase bids slightly on other sources and placements to test more inventory, or focus only on the proven mobile banners? Only did smart link and wast profitable.
Tips for scaling rev share / PPS dating offers in the US?
Any creative or landing page strategies that tend to work?
How to test efficiently without burning budget while scaling?
I’m trying to figure out the best placements and angles before fully ramping up. Any insights, experiences, or strategies would be super helpful.
Thanks in advance!

adult dating on us trafficjunky is very real, but it’s a grinder game and the margins are thin unless your funnel is tight. the fact that you already saw conversions on mobile banners is a good sign, that means the offer and angle can work.

don’t spread too wide yet. if middle banner and interstitial on mobile are the only placements converting, stay there and squeeze them first. raise bids slightly to win more of the same inventory and scale what’s already proven before opening new placements.
Tips for scaling rev share / PPS dating offers in the US?
rev share and pps dating in the us needs volume and patience. you’re not buying instant profit, you’re buying user streams that pay back over time. your goal should be building stable daily signups, not chasing one-off lucky conversions.
Any creative or landing page strategies that tend to work?
for creatives, simple always wins. clear female profile, strong curiosity hook, short call to action. avoid overdesigned banners. landers should be fast, mobile-first, and push straight into the signup flow. quizzes and “near you” angles still work well.

for testing, cap placements tightly and kill anything that doesn’t show intent fast. you’re not testing to find winners, you’re testing to eliminate losers. once you find 2–3 placements that produce signups consistently, that’s your scale base.

biggest mistake people make in adult is trying to outsmart the traffic. it’s impulse traffic. speed, clarity, and volume beat fancy funnels. you’re on the right track, you just need to focus your spend instead of widening it.

Thank you so much. I had like 20 conversions with smart link but only tiny cents to couple dollars. Would of had more but messed up my link setting up tracking and probably didnt get my conversions link was dead. Finally got my tracking fixed the last coule weeks. I think only way to be profitable is pps or rev share. The traffic is too much for soi and doi was the smart link was giving them.

Instead of raising bids on unproven spots, we'd suggest doubling down on those winning mobile placements while using your new spy data to create more local-feel landing pages that bridge the gap to a sale. Testing multiple mobile banners with low budgets is definitely a grinder game. In my experience with adult traffic, focus heavily on micro-optimizations and specific device targeting first before scaling budget. If you find one banner placement that converts, double down on that exact angle and pause the rest immediately to save budget. Good luck with the scaling!
