Thanks for this list. For those who are asking which forum is the best, there's no the best forum software. You have to choose which one is the best for you and your needs. I am using IP.Board, it's great and stable software.

From that list, I have only tried MyBB and I'd say it works perfectly for me even for a free software. It is very easy to install and very easy to use as well. I love that it has lots of options for themes, plugins and mods. In addition to that, its customer support and community is quite helpful and big.
