LG 3D Smart TV technical problem

I bought LG 3D Smart TV for Christmas, and now it keeps restarting continuously. I knocked customer support center several times but the support guys don't seem to know what the problem is. Every time I select an input source, it decides to restart. I've done a factory reset 3 times.It doesn't see to help. I've updated to the latest available firmware as well. It's an LG Smart 3D TV model: 55LM760T-ZB.Guys, I need your help on this.

I didn't really think so but thought maybe the comments had something that would help. Sucks to buy a new TV and not have it work properly. If you do a search, you might find something, too. That's how I found the video. I think there are others, as well.
