Legal fight continues over iTunes UK domain

The iTunes UK domain name was given to Apple in March
An internet entrepreneur has suffered a legal setback in his battle to win back the iTunes domain name in the UK.
The High Court has rejected the application for a judicial review brought against the UK domain name registry, Nominet, by Benjamin Cohen.

Mr Cohen is contesting Nominet's decision in March to take itunes.co.uk from him and hand it over to Apple.

I dislike the fact that there is an industry on the net that is thriving on stealing away developed domian names that webmasters have put alot of work into so that another company can cash in on the search engine rankings.

Sounds just another variation of that.
