Launching a new type of GPT - What incentive networks are the best?

I am in the progress of developing a very new type of GPT...with features never before seen in the industry.

I want networks that have support teams willing to make early payouts/custom time frames, and are active across instant messaging networks. Not networks that will put me in the dark making me hope for payment, e.g supersonicads.

If there are any good networks please inform me. If you're a network owner, even better! PM me some instant messaging details so we can talk about what's coming up.
