I was quite pleased to see following the latest update my hosting site www.eezyhost.co.uk which i launched in November last year got a PR4.
Not bad since ive not really promoted it too much since

no, i did not done much for promotion as like other site. This hosting service for local people. I promote this site through newspaper only.

I am think to build a hosting site for international clients. Looking for script. If anyone has any advise please let me know it.

When you say script do you mean for website or back end ie whm?

yes, regarding back end ie whm
