I signed up as an Amazon Associate today.

Can I earn commissions for promoting Kindle Store editions?

I am asking because I do not have an Amazon Prime account.

I found out yesterday that I can promote Kindle store as an Amazon Associate.

Commissions are about 4 percent.

I can promote Kindle store even if I do not have Prime account.

I am not a Prime user but I can still promote it as an associate.

Actually,I can promote every Amazon service,product or a listing as an associate.

That is a good option for affiliates.

Of course,I am promoting only the things that I am knowledgeable about.

I do not know each and every product out there.

Prime account is for customers and not "associates (read:affiliates)"

I can promote Amazon Prime as an Amazon Bounty promoter and not as an associate.

I needed to correct myself.

Bounty Program is different than Associate Program.

However,both programs are constructed by Amazon.
