Joomla - Too hard to use?

Hey guys,

I recently used Joomla and i thought it was very confusing and not that user friendly. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't suggest to start with joomla for a newbie. I belive that for instance WP is much easier to learn if you are not so familiar with website settings. Joomla is difficoult to undertand if you are not a webgeek and concerning module/content/component management it has confusing settings.

I don't find Joomla easy to use either and I am not a newbie, the GUI was programmed by some graphic desiger that still need some training
