Is google counting no follow links

Yes, google still counts NoFollow links but gives less weight on it..

NoFollow back links still counts by google but with less privileged compared to DoFollow ones..

as far as i know google only counts do follow links. I think they use this on grading a site on their pagerank.

I am not sure about it but it still have doubt about it. I cant even see any no follow BL with my webmasters tool.
