Please i would like to know if Bidvertiser PPC advertisement is legit, if anyone has triad. Or if anyone knows another PPC network i can drive traffic from.

There are tons of PPC platforms. The obvious ones are (of course) AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, etc. Also, we have a number of PPC traffic vendors in our Resources section.
Re Bidvertiser, they've been around for years. I haven't personally used them, so can't vouch for the quality of their traffic, though.
