I am a writer, producer, director of feature films (10,1,1) and run a small indie production company in oxfordshire, UK called Shooting Movies. We've just launched our first film with Distrify - a video over internet company - and they have an affiliate program. The issue is they run everything (good) but I am responsible for finding affiliates which I know absolutely nothing about (bad). So now I have to wear yet another hat and try to learn about internet marketing. I did run a marketing agency in a previous life but things have moved SO fast and I'm a decade older!
Anyway, first question - is there a pool of affiliate types that lurk somewhere on the internet looking for products to sell or improving their portfolio. It would seem a logical thing to exist as I read a pile of intros before writing this. I hope this doesn't contrevene the regs but to learn is to ask is to solve.
