Insufficient Privileges to Post in the Market Place[ Free Stuff]

Hi,

I attempted to provide a free ebook on the Forum Marketplace,

However at the bottom of the page I saw a message,
[You have insufficient privileges to post here]

And when I carried on with my posting after inputing all the relevant information and saving it, it wasn't displayed in the marketplace.

Can someone advise me
What privileges I require and how I go about getting them?
Also will the same privileges let me post books for sale as well?

It is available to me only as its awaiting approval.

That's right. It is only viewable by authorized persons for the purpose of confirming it is not stolen copyrighted content, or a funnel disguised in crap content.

I think the submission goes into the moderation queue.
You have to keep a handle on it so it dosen't become *spam offer central*
