Running a website audit is one of the most important things you should do regularly if you want profitability and conversion to keep increasing day by day. A higher conversion rate won’t just give you higher earnings - it will also very often improve the quality of your traffic. That’s why, using case-study examples, I will show how to improve conversion on sites such as:

  • VOD sites
  • Adult/+18 sites
  • Supplement sites (In COD model)

Remember to interpret each example in multiple ways. What does that mean? 2. Optimized images​

Your page load time has a major impact on how interested visitors are in your website. You can’t afford to lose their attention because the site loads too slowly. By using an intro inside the player (also available to generate in AI tools like Grok/Lovable.dev and others), think through the editing so you can add examples of movie openings that look as real as possible, but without needing a license.

7. Step-by-step instructions for your visitor​

When promoting CPA, CPL, or CPI (installs) campaigns, users often don’t fully understand what you expect them to do. This is especially true with content lockers, where incentivized traffic is allowed-users should be guided step by step to get what they want.

What does this look like in practice? On the homepage or on a subpage dedicated to the offer (with detailed explanations of the benefits of your promotion), you create a clear set of required steps written as bullet points.
