Importance of URL Structure

I was going through many online blogs that are talking about the Importance of URL Structure, some are saying it matters and some are saying it doesn't matter when it comes to SEO.

I'm confused could anyone please clear my confusion that shall I focus on URL Structure or not?

If yes, then what should be the best URL Structure of a website for SEO?

Can you give us an example of what specifically you mean (or those blogs mean) by "URL structure"?

Are you talking about keywords in the URL? exact match domains?
