Posting copyrighted images can get you in trouble. Though there are some people who believe they can use any image they find on the net without properly crediting the owner of the photos, should that person know that you used an image without their consent they could contact your webhost to report the copyright infringement.
That's why I hardly ever use just any image I find on the net. There a number of sites where you can find free images which you can use on your site and avoid . . . well, a lot of trouble.
I have done in the past even though I shouldn't have. Nowadays I do what Smithee suggests which is go to one of the copyright free image repositories as they usually have something similar to what I'm looking for
There are various website where you can find free images which you can easily download and use it without have any problem. Search on google and filter your search result.
