Well you cannot avoid hard work and patience .Some people think its a magic formula that we will rank video very easy and they will make thousand of subscribers .Firstly you need to create good video ,if your video are poor and people leave in 5 minute then youtube will not like this .Also you cannot expect to have a great channel with 5 or 10 or 20 videos .You need to post a quality video everyday or not at least every week and of course you need a lot of patience .You will have crazy moments of anger when you will see that you work and no results .Thats the diference from those who succed and not ,they dont ever give up no matter how hard the pain was or how many times they hit them
