I want to start earning money with ADexchange platforms

Hi,
I am the owner of wap subscriptions platform. We have offers we want to sell using AdExchange platforms as DoubleClick and etc.
But I have no experience on it.

What should I do? Where do I get started?
Is there any online course which can introduce me to AdExchange platform world?
