Far as I can tell, it's a referral/invitation only network. If you don't have a referral, you ain't gettin' in.

You only learn by asking

No one ever seems to find a referral here. I'd suggest you take the opportunity to learn the ropes and start with networks that are easier to apply to. If nothing else, you'd then have a history for cash network when you do find a referral. You'll know what to do.

Very few require that but you have to apply to any kind of network. Gone, as far as I know, are the days of instant affiliate network approvals.
