I would setup various vhosts, & handle the dns myself rather than looking for a host to do all that lifting. If they remove the service, your entire structure goes belly up. It's the same strategy that is used for creating PBNs. Host multiple sites on numerous hosts across numerous accounts, linking nothing, & appear as strangers creating valuable, unrecognizable links.
