Do you know of a platform that offers this?

What? A trial and then a recurring subscription? The terms need to be clearly stated on the payment form (in most jurisdictions). If you are small volume <10K /mo adult processors do this all the time but the fees are ~10-15% epoch.com or ccbill.com ... you will need to pay $500 fee to VISA-Net for a first time MID (Merchant ID) the $100/yr thereafter.
