Is hubtraffic paying? Has it ever paid?

There are mostly negative reviews, recommendations about this network.

How's been your experience? what are your recommendations/suggestions?

Yes they Pay, just make sure to have set up proper payout ex: paypal/ paxum wallet address etc..
Never talk to them once but sending them traffic with few tube we are running and we have get payment as soon minimum payout reach.
