I have 3 websites which are made in PHP and I want to migrate them to Magento. But I'm not sure how this will affect my SEO-ranking. The URLs will be the same, I will rewrite them. Can anyone advise me something?

Yeah, maybe because it can affect to mobile friendly, speed of the website. But don't know if it's positive or negative effects.

Magento is also PHP, so that point is irrelevant. There are a lot of things to factor, as previously mentioned, site speed, mobile friendly design. The important thing is to continue performing proper SEO implementation on your content, & other Google SEO guidelines, such as keeping your site-map up to date, friendly URLS (as you suggested), https protocol, CDN (for faster load times), etc. Additionally there are SEO plugins for Magento that can help evaluate your site.
The fact that you are moving an 'unknown' website to magento is not enough to really say yea or ney on. It's like asking "I'm thinking of Ford to Chevy, will I see better gas milage?"
