How to use Socialmarker dot com for social bookmarking submission?

When we put the basic info (URL, Title, Tags, Text) on the socialmarker.com homepage and clicked " Submit" button. It lead us to log in different social bookmarking sites (such Slashdot, Fark…).

1. Should we create new account at each social bookmarking site and log in one by one in order to submit articles?
2. How to submit 200 articles at once? Can use “Feed” to submit 200 articles instead? how?
3. Is socialmarker better ? or onlywire better? What is the difference?
