How to put adsense in wordpress blog

I am guessing I could put it in between the posts right? with a post of just an adsense block. But should I use a snippet post method where users would click on each post title and that would take them to a new page that would be allowed to have three ad blocks. I am pretty new as I am sure you can tell from these questions , but any experience would be much appreciated . Thanks.

Can you show us an example of what you want?


The most common places to put the adsense on a blog are on the index template, on the page template and on the post template.

I guess that since you are saying that most people put the blocks in those three places that is at least what I should start out with. So, if you could direct me to any resources that explain how to do that, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Why not use the Shylock Adsense plugin?
