how to make website similar to evaphone

Do anyone here know if there any evaphone clone script or any similar script that people can make call sthrough website?

You will need a Dedicated Server to host the PBX, large amounts of bandwidth from high quality providers for low latency, and access to a VOIP provider like iCall or Unlimited Net.

It does take a lot of time and money to make a website like Evaphone, but if you have the skills, time and money it would be a great website to start out.
