How to make test sales for mobile offers?

I hope somebody can assist. I am wondering how you guys are doing test sales for mobile offers like pin submits. I would like to test the conversion tags from airpush and clickdealer but dont know how to test properly. Especially when we dont have phone numbers from the offers country.
