Go surfing top porn sites using a VPN with the country you're trying to target, refresh the page few times and save in your computer the banners you're seeing. Then you make new banners using new girls, a lot of girls, make new banners using the same ad copy but on different banner templates, mix the CTA, change colors... see what sticks. After a while you're seeing patterns for what kind of girls, banner templates and ad copy works and test many variations... it's a continuous process

why you want to improve CTR ?
CTR is not all and there would be many circumstances where i woul personally advise not to do it.
sure there are case where an ad have a phantastic CVR and a very low CTR and in that case you should try a sencond version of the ad with just VERY LITTLE changes.
i don´t know if you can post the ad here or send it to me private - and tell me the reason WHY you want to improve it - and possibly i can give you some hints.
