That being said, hiring them 'efficiently' is going to be a problem, you're going to have to hunt for them. Craigslist may flag your post, but there is always reddit, private fb groups for sex workers, and talking to models that are already working. In my experience, talent checks cam sites first and ask about it's reputation before signing up. But, its possible, just will be slow going.

I don't like the fact is is not for Android os also -- you are ignoring half the market -- why is that a smart move? ** I didn't see that is planned -- same issues; the Play store prohibits apps that are used for 'adult entertainment' (A.K.A.: porn).

I've dealt with lot of models and studios, but they won't work with a company that can't be vouched for.

PayPal is a Fail unless you use Epoch processing -- that's a 10% to 15% fee to your gross transaction. Epayment does not do commercial transactions but is a UK based MTA doing P2P < when I checked last 3 or 4 months ago.
Anyone that is (or has been) involved in the Live Sex Webcam knows this. I think you have the right idea with an app but good luck monetizing that without knowing the back-end of the business ...

The incumbent cam sites get the business because they either have the traffic or have established buying customers (or both)
If the cam girl is looking for opportunities or making chump change she is either; inexperienced (new), very part time or not very marketable (to put it nicely)
