I have seen many doamin is just parked
How can I buy those domain ?

If you do a whois for the domain (depending on the registrar) via network solution for example, there is usually a button that says "make and offer for this domain" you can make an offer for the domain that way.

Where that option is not available, you can contact the owner of the domain directly.

The best way to do it is via a broker, such as Sedo or BuyDomains

If you do a search on google for - how do I buy an expired domain - there is a pretty good article that comes up as the first link explains in depth (that's on google.co.uk).

I've found a simple parked website with PR1 (2 years old). I've made offer for this domain, about $30.. They replied me.. What price do you think? $20 000 :lol:
What do domain brokers think? Am I stupid? haha..

depends on the domain, it may well be worth $20,000.

I paid $70,000 for a domain last year that was effectivly parked.
