How often do you post new content on your forum or blog?

I post new content on there about 2 times a week.

sometimes i try to create a post everyday .but i cant .i keep myself busy on my work.
I try to post something everyday on one of my sites, and on the other ones, I post at least once a week. It's a matter of what they were put up to accomplish. If I put it up for marketing, then it is everyday. If it is for my own personal fun, then it takes a little bit of a back seat.
