Shawn just <a href="http://blog.affiliatetip.com/archives/affstat-2008-report-now-available/">announced</a> the release of the 08 report, filled with data from almost 200 affiliate managers.
Since I offer free consultations for merchants 2 of the questions I'm often asked are how much OPMs (Outsourced Program Managers) charge or how big a salary is required to attract a good in-house affiliate manager? According the the report the highest percentage salary range for in-house managers was $50,000 - $60,000. However 14% reported incomes over $120,000 and 19% said they earned under $40,000. To find out the rest of the salary breakdowns, you need to just get the report. It's worth it!
