Are you talking about a sitemap, the XML sitemaps you submit to Google and other search engines? If so, what type of site are you running? For example, if it's a WorPress blog, there are add-ons which will do this automatically. Otherwise, you can generate your own sitemaps using various online or desktop utilities.
