PopCash is a bad Adnetwork and Scam, Yes they launched more than 10 years, but now it's just scammers, My Account has terminated after requesting the Payment, I know friends have the same problem, and with my experience with advertising, I run some campaigns and 90% of traffic it's just fraud traffic ( Bots and Proxy ).
How does popcash works ?

That traffic is good seed traffic that is cheap if you know how to use it.
It's good for name recognition --but don't expect tons of conversions
That traffic may work for low barrier offers like sign-ups, sweeps, etc.
That traffic has cost me $0.15 or more to get past pre-landing page filters to an offer that is PPS or ecomm --not good for that IMHO.
