How do we create the Mobile Quiz Landing Pg for sweepstakes Promotion

hi there,I am new into Mobile Sweepstakes and wanted to know once i have been approved by Networks like F5 Media and MundoMedia,how do i start creating the landing pages for Pop traffic?
1)Do I Create a wordpress site with Plugins for quizes?
OR
2)Do I Use Mobile Quiz apps like wishpond,Woobox etc?

After creating the landing pages/Quizes How do I Host them to my VPS at Beyond Hosting?

Want to know that as well. I have instabuilder with the ability to create quize LPs but not sure if it will look good on mobile.
Wish there was a tool for that on affkit
