how do i change my picture?

I was wanting to put up a cowboy hat on my profile picture but I am not sure how its done. does any one know how to do this?

Click Settings in the top right menu bar -> http://www.cpafix.com/usercp.php
You will be taken to UserCP and there you have options to update your profile.
