How can we be sure the clicks from PPC traffic are genuine?

Someone can advise me on this subject as mentioned in the title?

I attached a screenshot from a campaign I am testing.

There are 2 clicks from the same IP address from 2 different websites at the same time. How can this be possible?

I checked the 2 websites: searcherdesktop.com and eastsideblog.net and these sites are simply too primitive. I doubt anyone will use them to search for any information.

Genuine clicks ??

If you have any doubts i'd maybe suggest contacting the platform and or asking for blacklisting IP's ability.
