And how can i put retargetting pixel if i cant put in the affiliate Landing page

Check out Prosper202, Voluum or Adsbridge for tracking. Why can't you add the pixel? Are you direct linking or landing traffic on your own Lander?

Prosper202 works good if your not looking to spend any money on tracking. But Volumm is the best!

Some tips. I'm using AdsBridge and Tracking Desk, both working good for me. Easy to set up. AdsBridge has more features for good price, but I started with Tracking Desk as it was for free.

Conversions are recorded in tracker if only if the network sends the conversion through the postback url which is needed to be setup for conversion tracking.
As for scamming, stick to reputable CPA networks.

And how can i put retargetting pixel if i cant put in the affiliate Landing page

To be able to put a retargeting pixel, it needs to be hosted on your server.
Its not possible to put a retargeting on the offer page. Only on the page you own.
