First understand how's performance market works (CPA,CPL,CPI,CPS..etc)

Learn about traffic, offers, networks and for this in market superaffiliates blog/website with good tips so start reading.

Then start learning about niches like Nutra(health related offers and there also different performance based payouts), Finance/Forex, Dating/Adult..Etc niches

After you choice niches then join any good network who provide good offers and support for you.

After that now this is hardest part Traffic find high quality traffic for your selected offers.. (test different offers and different sources)

it's looks easy but NOT, if want really make good $$$$ from CPA market then easily can do.
