How can I build version of Jason Fladlien’s Affiliate Triad?

Hey everyone

Lately, I’ve been studying Jason Fladlien’s Affiliate Triad model.
What caught my attention is how Jason promotes other people’s products through his own group of affiliates — and interestingly, these aren’t big names like Russell Brunson or celebrity marketers.
They’re mostly small, motivated affiliates who get DFY (done-for-you) campaigns — emails, webinars, bonuses — and promote together as a team.

I’d like to build something similar in Poland — a small community of affiliates who get ready-made campaigns from me (copy, PDFs, bonuses, emails, etc.) and we split commissions fairly.

Right now, here’s what I have:

  • Solid copywriting skills,
  • Access to a course I’m part of, whose creator (my mentor) agreed to give me 60% commission per sale,
  • A lot of motivation to test this model locally.

I know I’d need to prepare all the marketing materials for my affiliates — that’s the easy part for me.

What I’m not 100% sure about is the first step:
How would you start building something like an “Affiliate Triad” from scratch?
How can I find and onboard the first few affiliates when I’m still small myself?
Do you think this model could actually work in a smaller market like Poland?

Any insights, feedback, or stories from people who’ve built affiliate systems (even on a micro scale) would be incredibly helpful

Thanks in advance — I’d love to do this the smart way, step by step, not just jump in blindly!

He is simply using an affiliate base to promote products he has partnered with. C'mon, he has been doing this for more than 30 years. You are still very inexperienced and think you can re-create his success with just one of his marketing models. He began experimenting with online business when the internet first emerged., back in the early 90's. Co-founded and launched Rapid Crush In 2008, released the best-selling book One to Many in 2018, then led (not owned) most successful affiliate product launch in internet history in December 2021.

How in the hell do you convince yourself you have anywhere near the skills and budget to build a replica of his world wide 35 year career in as a relative newbie compared to him?

You can compete with an incumbent, but not by offering the same thing. If they’ve been around 100 years, you’ll need something unique—different terms, approach, or niche. People only partner with those who can prove results or have the resources to back it up. Otherwise, they’ll be skeptical—you’re new, and that’s why most fail. I’ve seen people make millions competing with incumbents, but they always win by bringing something fresh to the market.
