Hosting for mass video upload

Looking For Web Hosting with good upload ( about 1 Gbps ) to upload vids via software Tube Sites Submitter, there need to have win 7 .... you support this software on your server ?
Do you think that Fozzy.com hosting is ok for mass video upload?
what can you recommend me to do, guys?

I thought remote rented servers has usually Windows 2009/2012. For Windows 7 i think KVM would work.
Do you need any speciffic software that is running only on Windows? I can provide Linux VPS with high data transfer quota.

Because youtube will probably ban you if you continue uploading copyrighted content. They auto recognize such content quickly.

but the topic starter is probably just an advertiser, his request is probably fake.
