Hello and welcome ,i am not sure what you mean more exctly but you ask on how you can promote hosting offers .The i will sugest you quora , a lot of people need help to set up a website so you can help them and in your post you can recommend them a host .You can also make tutorials on outube on how to set up website ,buy hosting domain etc and you recommend to people your offer
