Hi There,

I am Dave and I have been an affiliate in the iGaming Space for some thirteen years now. The reason I have joined up to this forum, is I wondered if anyone has taken an affiliate programme or programs to court in the UK, for introducing retroactive terms and conditions.

I am in the process of taking an iGaming Affiliate Program through the small claims court due to them introducing Retroactive Player Quotas in February earlier this year.

As a result they owe my company just shy of £5k. I stopped pushing their online casinos after there were some pretty damning allegations that the programme was detagging players.

I am just very genuinely curious whether affiliates in other sectors have gone down the road I am currently travelling.
