Im very new to the system of IM bt I'm very eager to learn everything about it. I hope i can meet friends here who will help me along the way of learning Internet marketing. I just have a thought. What if you don't have anything to sell on your website are you still gonna be able to earn some extra cash without having a product to sell. Do you some recommendation, anything would be greatly appreciated.

I already started my website {link to own site deleted} with wealthy afiiliate as my host. I don't have any product to sell my site is about health care systems. For the people that cares like nurses, nursing assistant, doctors and others that cares. I really don't have any idea where to look for an affiliate that can help me create some cash.
