Hey Soul,

I'm not sure you can help but you come across very well informed.
I am trying to post a free ebook on the marketplace but it appears I don't have sufficient privileges

You wouldn't happen to know how I get the privileges to post offers on the marketplace?
Any info would be appreciated.
