if you are using firefox or chrome try to press f12 and click network...than try to add fund and see the status on the table.....but i think the easy way is contact popads support.

then there is a code problem on the website or they are banning your IP from the billing or something? IDK

Have you tried clearing your browsing data on chrome? Do check all the boxes on the Advance tab.
