HELP!? Is this how a lander should look like?

Hey all, I just used some domain redirector traffic source and overall got -60% ROI. Spent over $350.
I think I lack of a landing page. Any advise?
Is there any video or great tutorial for it, greatly appreciate.

They said, keep it simple, should I use 2nd?
I know there are plenty lacking of e.g. call to action, attention grabbing, engagement, etc.

Any advise would be appreciate.

I have found time and time again that simplicity wins on landing pages. A plain white background has worked well for me. Simple landing pages also load fast and are predictable on a variety of browsers.

I dont know what the language is so I cant read it, but its important to try to engage the user. A question is a great way to do this.
