I believe under Thread Tools (top right of your post) you can select Subscribe to This Thread and you will receive an email notification.

Welcome to 5 Star. Thanks for joining us.

There is actually an easier way to get notified of replies.

Go to your control panel >> options >> then you'll see

Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

So just set it to email you alerts when someone replies and every post you make will do that without having to manually subscribe to each thread.
