For mobile offers you can purchase traffic in ad networks (the type depends on the vertical and type of the offer that you work with). For example Sweepstakes can go well with traffic of Popads, Popcash, PropellerAds, Zeropark (networks that sell pop traffic). hi Ourhan Mohammed, i'll like to tell you that the traffic matter is not something that is the same for all offers, but something that really depends on the type of offers you are promoting. You could get free traffic easy through Social media for example, but also through Forums, blogs, or you could easily go for paid traffic, and this you could get it through some ad-network, or simply use some tools to help you on this purpose also, like Admobispy, whatrunswhere, adplexity, etc, matter of fact, any spy-tool could be helpful for you to handle this.
